Earth Wind and Fire version of 'Got To Get You into My Life' was nominated, think it won a Grammy for arrangement. Big hit for EW&F. I was big fan of EW&F and actually liked the B side of this 'I'll sing a Song For You' with Phillip Bailey singing lead in
Maurice White was a big producer and was hot back then right along with Barry. Warner wanted Maurice to produce Prince first album, but Prince refused and said "no one will produce my music". Of course they never did. Just a bit of trivia.
