Particularly because they were inspired by the train crash, at least Rob has said this regarding R&S. I think most songs on 50SCD were autobiographical in nature for Robin. "Sorry", "Solid", and particularly "Avalanche". "You throw me a lifeline in my darkest days". "As I look through the hourglass I see the bridges that I've burned". "What started out as pure just ended up as killer joy". "With my back against the wall you gave my voice no chance at all--I was abandoned". And of course "Sydney". I think this could apply to some of Rob's output that he wrote during the split. Also, "Cryin' Everyday" from Living Eyes. As a group I always felt "Wouldn't I Be Someone" and "I Will Be There" fit into this category.
