Best of Bee Gees Vol. 2 basically covered the sinlges released in various countries up until the end of 1972. Hence the omission of Saw A New Morning that came out in early 1973. 2. Wouldn't I Be Someone (summer 1973) was included as an exceptin because in U.S. and Asia, the release of Best of Bee Gees Vol.2 album and Wouldn't I Be Someone single coincided with Bee Gees tour. That said, if Saw A New Morning had been a greater hit, I have no doubt it would also have been included as an exception.
