But, I still wasn't quite sold on a 75 year-old Robert DeNiro passing for 30 in those scenes in the film. "The Irishman" was quite a film, but got shut out at the Academy Awards, I see. Never much love for Martin Scorsese from As for any Bee Gees biopic, in addition to CGI an actor like Bradley Cooper would also need to drop some weight to play a younger Barry. Cooper is a pretty big guy, not just tall.  I would suggest a gaunt actor to play Robin a short actor for Maurice.  Sal Back to top

But seriously, can Barry be relied on to ensure their story is being portrayed honestly? 10 years ago or so, I would have said yes. I'm not that sure now. It's probably all moot. Barry has likely been an obstacle to any possible film.  Sal Back to top

Martin has directed some epic scenes, such as “Eff you, Sam Rothstein, Eff you!”. Sharon as Ginger— doesn’t get much better. I think Casino won a Golden Globe, I think. I know Sharon did. Excellent movie. Kitt- Sent from my iPad > On Feb 24, 2020, at 5:11 PM, compoccia via Words wrote: > > Never much love for Martin Scorsese from the Academy. Back to top

I suppose he’ll tell his story from his perspective. That’s not unusual. I honestly cannot see Barry being totally objective, particularly when it comes to Rob. Perhaps he’s gone to anger management in the last Andy will be a Bee Gee and the twins... hmmm, what twins?
