While I wasn't expecting that much I have to say, it is pretty awful. I won't get into any in depth critique of the book because it's not worth it. I know everything is subjective, from one degree to another, but I am really surprised you thought well of this book. As a longtime Bee Gees fan, you really thought this was a worthwhile bio of the brothers? Also, you really think Apter did his homework? Outside of the early Australian period - which is the only credible part of the book, although arguably takes up more pages than it should- it seems as if Apter did all his research by googling Bee Gees artic Lastly, what did you think of Apter's writing, on the whole?
