He tolerates my love of the BeeGees, admitting that they are/were 'pretty inventive'. High praise from a 21 yr old college student. Do you know any Greeners? Olympia is soooooo beautiful! The song was from a concert in South Africa (coincidence?) and, believe it or not, she was in the studio during the promo breaks discussing it. They mentioned it was a Bee Gees song and Sarah said yes, and she loves singing it because of the lyrical content, being about things remembered, and how the audience always loves it. Another plug for the bros.! At least I never received an answer. Is the AGMF only every five years or is it a yearly event? Louise* "A light in the night, if you need me to be" Shine Shine {B. Does anyone know when the song Alone was first out? What album did it make it's debut on? I really like it. Karen ------------------------------ Date: Mon, 28 Jun 1999 23:51:06 EDT From: Rinnylou@aol.com Subject: Blockbuster awards Yes I also saw the Blockbuster Awards. If I'm not mistaken I believe those are 1999 awards. They showed quick pics of John Travolta's career and movies including Saturday Night Fever. At the end of the "slide show" he walked to the stage, with a roar of applause from the audience, to "You Should Be Dancing". It was interesting to hear the audience really get loud when they showed scenes of him from Saturday Night Fever. Travolta is a really gracious guy. He deserves the award.
