I watched and taped it. The brothers was on first and sang "Jive Talkin" and last with "Paying The Price Of Love & You Should Be Dancing." I am so glad I watched it as that is the first time I have seen the video or heard on TV "Paying The Price Of Love." The last song YSBD everyone that was there came on stage with them. (I mean the performers) I liked just about all of the artists that was on the show, but none as much as Barry, Robin and Mo. See everyone how informing this list can be. I saw something new this eve. and am very happy about it. Thanks again. I once knew a girl named Rebecca, when I was taking courses in journalism, and I fell madly and obssessively in love, but she did not reciprocate. We became good friends. I don't know whatever became of her, as we lost touch, but I think of her every time I hear that song!!! Does anyone know anything about the origins of "Rebecca"? Did Robin know a Rebecca? I'm forever curious about the beautiful songs they've written about women! My other favorite songs are "Elisa" and "Angela". Well, another two cents on...curiousity! SIR GEOFFREY ... Hey, I even got a song!!! I'm gonna get some sleep now before...I save the world! :-) LMcfarl101@aol.com 06.25.1999 9:53 PM ------------------------------ Date: Sat, 26 Jun 1999 01:02:27 EDT From: LMcfarl101@aol.com Subject: Concert at Narissa's? What a splendid idea! I'll take two tickets! $300 for the front porch and $600 for the living room! Kidding aside, I wish the Bee Gees would swing by California soon. We'll put out a large welcome mat!!!! SIR GEOFFREY ... I'll even hang up a Bee Gees flag!!!! The best quote I've got from a UK importer is £1160 - approx. US$1840. I e-mailed Guild for the list price, but I haven't heard anything from them. Cheers, Paul. ------------------------------ End words Digest (06/26/1999 06:00) ***********************************
