Today a few of us from the office went there for lunch. On their canned music, they actually planned Stayin' Alive. It was fantastic!!! Fridays are casual days at work, so I was wearing my newly-acquired-at-the-AGMF BGS polo shirt. Naturally, as a true fan, I went up to the manager and complimented him on his choice of music. Welcome to the "Words & Music, Fans Of The Brothers Gibb" Internet Mailing List! Questions? Please read on! Please also take note of our web address: http://www.beegees.org http://www.wsii.com/users/cmathis/words This 'list' is for the discussion of the Bee Gees and their music. If you have *ANY* problems with the 'list', please request help from the 'list' owner, ( cmathis@wsii.com (Chris Mathis) ) not to the 'list' itself. This list has been on-line for over 3.5 years now! Rules? Not many really. Just be kind to others. Do "NOT" flame another member on the list. If you would like to "tell someone where to go", please be kind to the rest of us on the 'list' and take it to 'private' Email. Keep in mind that there are many people from all over the world, from many walks of life on this 'list'. Some are very young, some not so young. :) Some may be ill, disabled, we never really know just who was sitting behind the keyboard that wrote the message we just read. ( "Flamming" another member or just causing problems on the list will sadly get you removed. ( "Flaming" is "to send an angry, hostile, or abusive electronic message to or about." )) Also, very important... Please watch the "Quoting". Please do NOT quote an entire 'Digest' back to the mailing 'list'. Only "quote" that part of the message you are replying to. Remember, this is a "Bee Gees" mailing list. Not a general chat room. Please keep the conversation on topic. This list is very relaxed, have fun. If you experience any problems with the 'list' please send email to the 'list owner'. There are 2 versions of the list. One is in a "Digest" format. This is where multiple messages will be sent to you as 'one' message, grouped together. One "Non Digest" format is where you will receive the messages one by one, each by themselves. If the List "sends you to many messages", you may wish to receive the list in the "Digest" format. See the website for more info. If at any point you would like to unsubscribe, :(, please send an email to the listserver, with the words: unsubscribe words Example: To: listserver@bg.wsii.com Subject: (this field is ignored) ------------------------------------------ unsubscribe words This will unsubscribe you from the 'list'. If you have any problems with this, please feel free to email the 'list' owner and request that you be removed. Problems or questions with the 'list'? Send them to: cmathis@wsii.com Chris Mathis Please also take note of our web address: http://www.beegees.org http://www.wsii.com/users/cmathis/words The "Words & Music, Fans Of The Brothers Gibb" mailing list is privately owned and operated and is not affiliated with The Bee Gees or any other fan clubs or associations. .. ...--==*Chris... ------------------------------ Date: Fri, 25 Jun 1999 15:45:25 -0700 (PDT) From: The South Going Zax Subject: sorry to but in but... Howdy people!! I'm sorry to but in like this- but I got a question. A friend of mine who lives in Kansas told me that The Bee Gees would be at a fair in Kansas this September.. Does anyone know anything about how true this is?? He said it was in the paper, but he's not exactly a Bee Gees fan, and I fear he may be mistaken, and I just want to be sure. I'd appreciate any information anyone has! Thanks!! -Melanie (ME) _________________________________________________________ Do You Yahoo!?
