10/10 here, but I'm a receptacle of excess music knowledge. *shrug*
"High Civ" was ahead of its time. I don't think anyone knew what to do with
Industrial Bee Gees in 1991. There are some really good moments on the
record, and some strange (and even unsavory) ones, too. The sound is nice
and sharp, and some of the vocal work is incredible. Had it come out later
in the '90s, it might have done better in the US.
