Subject: Manufactured Marbles
I think The Marbles were a manufactured unit to utilise Bonnet’s powerful voice, give their old friend Gordon some fame and royalties and provide an outlet for the songs that would otherwise have been rejected.
Sadly their videos show two disconnected people thrust together without the preparation of performing together in front of the cameras
A short term money making exercise for Stigwood where the band and possibly even the Gibbs received a pittance.
