I do not think that HE formally did. He just mentions that he was adopted...
He may be saying that "he is not interested in the money", there is no
incentive for him to say he was now, IF that is his intention.
If he did receive a positive DNA result, that may change.
But again, I do not recall that he said that he relinquished any rights.

Not if he formally relinquishes them. Taken at face value, all he wants is
the truth and information about a possible genetic link to what killed
Maurice.

Could this person even get a DNA test? Could the courts order it?
This guy said he was not after money and that could very well be true, but
even if he was Maurice's son, and was adopted by some other people, he would
still have genetic rights, correct??/

I also do not think Barry will be willing to provide a DNA sample...

I have never heard of anyone relinquishing his or her "genetic rights" in the context of establishing paternity or other familial relations. I think "genetic rights", which is a somewhat undefined term with unclear and controversial implications, is usual
Endacott says it is not about money . Maybe not, but would you actually expect him to say otherwise?
Also, since Endacott is 49 this would mean he was conceived in 1967. I'd like to know his exact date of birth. If he is turning 50 this year, for instance, Maurice would have gotten busy with his natural mother almost right after he got off the boat at So

A DNA sample? He won't even get a phone call from Barry.
Could the upcoming release of the "Gibb Collective" by Maurice's children and the other Gibb offspring have something to do with this new claim?

I wondered why he went to a tabloid magazine, at least I think it was a tabloid type publication. Perhaps he's pretty desperate to bring attention to his claim.
I thought the same as you Sal, regarding the age of Endacott. Mo would have had to "get busy" as you term it pretty quickly upon returning to England. Lol.
I hope he finds an answer.

Does anyone know the track listing on this album/single? Amazon is sketchy with details, or at least it was the last time I checked.

Sal said: "Maurice would have gotten busy with his natural mother almost right after he got off the boat at Southampton in February of '67".
Have all the male members of words forgotten what it is like to be 17 and absolutely going nuts with endorphin horny-ness, especially after being on a ship for several weeks?
I might Mo could have risen to the occasion, easily.
