And if so, I think it would have been Barry and Andy as a duo and the Twins as a duo. Or, Mo and Andy, and Barry and Robin on their own. I then thought of his sister Leslie who has not been in the best of health either.. Hopefully if it is a family illness, things will have a positive resolution. I have not heard from Barry's mouth that he was actually set to perf Prince's death was another senseless tragedy caused by prescription pain medication addiction. He was a talented musician and an amazing performer. Prince was another musical genius gone too soon. Febtanyl must be a very powerful medication. Lagerg lagerg@aol.com Back to top

I would say more so than Maurice, but not too sure he had more of those three "I's" on Barry. Robin & Barry may have been more similar in those areas than you think. Perhaps it's because Robin "appeared" more introspective and intellectual than Barry, who As far as England or Oxford shire being a more stimulating intellectual environment than Miami? Uh, I'm sure it is! >Maurice also lived mainly in Miami after the Main Course album. I am sure Criteria studio was a big draw for them. Albhy and Karl were from Miami as were most of their band. Albhy was living in Miami at the time (1975) with Karl, but he's originally from New York. Westchester County, I believe, which is a suburban county just north of NYC. I don't recall where Karl is from originally. The Band members were all from the UK. Bl Barry moved key members of Linda's family to Miami. I recall Barry moving Linda's parents (and perhaps other family members) not just to Miami, but into his house. Which seemed the usual procedure because I think Linda's parents may have lived with them before also. >Robin's first wife wanted to keep the children in England And keep a distance from Robin's family, whom she apparently did not get along with. > so she was unwilling to travel to Miami or with them on tour very often. Along with apparent infidelities, by both, but apparently it was Molly's affair with that New York entertainment lawyer that finally ended the marriage. Just as an aside. I very recently read in a science journal that frequent moving during childhood results in serious problems later on, with substance abuse being one of them. Along with depression , unstable behavior, and some others I can't recall. Bee Sal Salvatore Compoccia compoccia@aol.com Back to top
