1I won! I won!cmathis@brothersgibb.com

Date: Wed, 1 Apr 2015 00:37:26 -0400 From: "Chris Mathis" <cmathis@brothersgibb.com> Subject: I won! I won! I sent this email to someone else tonight. I thought that you may find it funny as well. Last year I played an April Fool's joke on my family. It went GREAT, but it was months before they would talk to me again. Since it is April 1st, I thought I would share an April fool's joke I played on my family. My younger sister has always had my back, knew I loved the Bee Gees and I was always singing the songs growing up. So when I found out I got the chance t see the concert, I created this image, (attached to this email) and sent it to her with a subject of, I Won!!! I won!!!!! You have to read/see the image/picture attached to this email to understand! Well, she was at work when she saw it, she started shaking! She showed everyone in her office, and showed her boss! Her boss likes the Bee Gees and was so excited for me as well. Well, I let her 'sit on that' for a day and a half, then broke it to her that it was an April Fools Joke. Her first words were a very angry, "But you sent it on April 2nd" Well, that was true. She was pissed! I admit, I felt bad because I knew they were very excited for me. But hey, I was going to the concert! My mom, was also just as excited! She told all her friends and even told some of her Hospice patients, who were as excited as they can be in their current dying condition. My mother was not happy with me at all because she knew it was always a dream. I do admit I did feel bad when my mother had to go back to her hospice patients and say it was an April fool's joke. Oh well. :) Any way, the pic is attached. You may find it funny as well. Back to top
