I had the same problem as Janel, but this one looks quite normal. Maggie > Date: Thu, 16 Oct 2003 17:38:38 GMT+01:00 > From: robin-alexis@talk21.com > Subject: TEST > > > The wierd email was mine. They sang it completely but only there. Later Mo told us they wouldn't sing it again live during the tour because it would make the audience to sad. But my impression from the Kiel concert was that Barry couldn't stand to sing it. They didn't "attempt" to do it at all on the "One For All" tour! They performed it only once, on the first date of the "High Civilization" Tour at the Ostseehalle in Kiel on 25th May 1991. > They were unable to complete it and left > the stage to compose themselves. WRONG!! They did complete it and it sounded fine throughout - they did not leave the stage to compose themselves - there was a break of 35 seconds between the end of the song and the start of the next one, "Massachusetts", which was pretty much a regular time for applause between songs. It=B4s a great song with Barry singing in natural voice. A great vocal performance IMO. It=B4s a ballad but the melody is not like = anything else they have done. There=B4s also some great sounding piano in it - probably Albhy. It=B4s on the Heartbreaker demo CD.
