They might even make arrangements with Nasa and point that big eye in the sky on Jennifer's house whenever she is sun-bathing. I was very privilaged to be able to watch it and it is truly beautiful. I will give away the opening which is Robin singing Ellan Vannin to beautiful scenes of the cliffs and water surrounding Isle of Man. It is simply beautiful. It is a walk with the Bee Gees and Barbara through their lives on the Isle. Also has interviews with childhood friends of the Gibbs. Don't miss this video, it is a must for your Gibb collection. > > The cost is $20. That includes shipping. Bernie is accepting payment through Paypal. And that includes also a few done but unreleased albums (Kick, SSS, the Loner, just out of the top of my head). What I'm now most concerned with is with the avaliablity of Robin's new cd in Portugal, namely the Azores...........Andy's Millenium cd was released last year and I still have to get it, but I realize that I have to get it online (not pleasant, I say). That happens also at least with two other cds missing in my collection (Mr. Natural & Life In A Tin Can), and of course, Andy's cds..........sigh. Besides, I'm not panicking with Robin going solo (Barry is my fav)..........he is free to do that..........and besides, as a solo artist amongst the Gibbs he has released the most solo projects............presently Nick Carter of The Backstreet Boys has a solo album out, and all the Nick fans are after his cd! Yet, there is one thing confusing me.......no, it has NOTHING to to with the recent quarrel about the word by word info from a forum (from which I'm sadly not a part of for privacy reasons at my household, at least till next March) posted here, but with the "Revamping" of Wish you were Here". Since this particular song was a hard one to get recorded, etc, due to the particular events around this song (Andy's death), I don't see it being redone............. Gibbyhugs, Cristina "People have asked me to write with other people, but as far as I am concerned, I'm writing with the best." (Maurice Gibb) ---------o.m.------------ One last thing...what with the re-release of "Eyes That See In The Dark", I wonder whether Robin's new album may bring about a possible re-release of "Secret Agent" and "Walls Have Eyes"?! I hope so...I'd love to have copies on CD! ------------------------------ End words@brothersgibb.com Digest [10/12/2002 06:01] ----------------------------------------------------
