However, I remember a skit from the "Midnight Special" show. And I don't think there is any harm in that. In fact, I'd go as far as to say that any concert, apart from the most serious of classical music, is the better for it. IMHO anybody who took the Bee Gees, or any other act, seriously as musical geniuses would not be put off by a bit of clowning. After all, they were entertainers and I think certain other acts might be better with a few smiles and a bit of fun at intervals. The only thing that does irritate me is private humour, which has, on occasions, been present. Personally, I think all three of them have occasionally shown a certain amount of indiscretion, but they are only human. Besides, I don't think it would be fair, or tasteful, to discuss the negative side of Maurice's behaviour at length, as this is all, sadly, in the past. What do you mean ONE concert? Ray and Dave Davies can't even agree on how to pronounce their last name! But strange to say maybe they were better off than Barry and Robin, getting it out of their systems instead of waiting for the cork to POP.
