(#2007-3344) - Topics this issue: 1) Liberal, 2) Liberal, ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Date: Mon, 2 Jul 2007 08:27:49 -0700 (PDT) From: Marty Hogan Subject: Liberal << Subject: Re: I started A Joke I remember the rumors from when I was at Berkeley in the late 60's. I thought they were way out of line then & I still do. What happened to liberal world? Marty, we are still around, just not in the same places, but the true ones still hold their values very dear. I grew up right in the middle of all the happenings in San Francisco during the 60's & loved it! The things I saw are unforgettable & all I can say is "What An Awesome Time To Be Alive!" It was great. Some of us have never lost touch & still have gatherings & believe me, they are not subdued. Anyone here go to Woodstock? Just thought I would ask since things are so slow right now. That was a once in a lifetime all out blast! Peace. Jeanne>>> Jeanne, You and everyone interested must check out the latest issue of Rolling Stone (even though they are unkind to the Gibbs). They re-released an entire 1967 issue. The events are so similar to today. I think the small article referred to the deportation issue involving Vince and Colin.
