So now I'm double green. ;-) Hi Michel - I love the ESP album. It is one of my favorites. Although I find, "This is Your Life" and "Crazy For Your Love" a bit repititious. I really enjoy the rest of it, especially Longest Night, Overnight & ESP. I think this is an upbeat feel good collection. It seems that this site has been down= quite a bit since it was first started... I only pay $90 a year to host wi= th ipowerweb.com and I've never been down. Currently it's giving me a "vdec= k" error page; whatta pain. What are the chances for that? >Eh, Mark y Mark...? ;-) The status of Assault the Vaults 2 is as follows. Whilst it sold well ( I was told it out-sold BOB or was it BFB?) the new management of Festival Post about 2002 weren't interested unless it was going to sell about 100,000 copies. I did meet several times with the people from Raven records who were interested but in their words they wanted a "good album" ( ie an album full of strong Gibb songs _not just an album of collectable songs. So it was going to contain Striesand and other popular covers so I just lost interest eventually . I have just written to one of the Raven people again to see if they are interested in reviving the original concept but don't hold out hope. They didn't like the title either which I did, I thought it was great ( Mark Byfield came up with the title). The index page changed April 2, when I mentioned the Rhino reissues and said that version 2 is under construction. The Andy page 80.andy.html has not changed since January 1985. So I don't see what caused an alert now! By the way the revision first draft is up to 1986. I have to admit I did not give the 1980s full attention in the past so I am spending more time on those records now. "Eyes that See in the Dark" and "Walls Have Eyes" and "Runaway"-- not bad. So I have slowed down in order to listen to those a few times each and generate some pithy comments. I didn't think the word "assault" was really appealing in a title!
