It's quite confusing really - he wasn't included in this, and several other early photo shoots - he couldn't be, as he wasn't there to have his photo taken! He says that his first session was "NYMD1941", so that's the first couple of weeks of March, so this pic could even be Feb/Mar 1967, but bear in mind that they only announced him as an official member in April, so the original theory of Mar/Apr still has credence.
