Call me a conspiracy theorist, but isn't it obvious to more of us here? Robin performing "Barry" songs in concerts, Barry slipping the Barry only vocal of HCYMABH on The Record (like he really didn't notice - puhleeze!). Perhaps Maurice was the exact opposite of a "Yoko Ono" in that he kept these two egos from actually destroying each other all those years. Now that Maurice is gone, can't you all smell the beginnings of a long protracted war over the songwriting leagacy and the song credits and perhaps even the MONEY ????? I wonder what kind of publishing deal Barry signed and I wonder how Robin was affected or treated by that deal. As time goes on and the songwriting truths slowly come out, I wonder how much money Blue Weaver and/or Ronald Selle stand to make. How are you doing? Great minds think alike :) as I sometimes think the same thing, that Robin's performances "might" get Barry recording his own material again. I don't mean helping people like Cliff Richard ... I mean writing and recording his own music. Key word in all that is "might". That being said, Barry must do what is best for him.
