He was on stage...they said he looks "fabulous" and was wearing jeans, black shirt and a black cap...and I heard him saying "One, two, three" during a soundcheck. They started playing "Jive Talkin'" and I heard the backup singers, but then the music stopped. During the wait while something technical was being taken care of, the "Words Gang" yelled "Hi Robin", to which he yelled back "Hi" and waved :) While still waiting, someone with a video camera came up and introduced himself as being with Robin and wanted the group to reenact the "Hi Robin" while he taped it. Janel said they were going to be starting and someone did the introduction (not sure if it was Barry Bostwick or not)...."Please welcome international superstar Robin Gibb". The music started and Robin , with the backup singers, stated singing "Jive Talkin'". It was sounding great...I only got to hear the first part as Janel had to call some other folks. Everyone was having a blast and I must say thanks to them for calling..having never been to a Bee Gees concert or seen them in person, it was exciting to feel like I was part of the festivities. If I hear anything else, I will pass it on. Hope everyone is having a safe and wonderful holiday weekend.
