It took almost a decade for them to win back the fans in the UK. That's the period I was referring to when I suggested they were forgotten in the UK. At least they had big hits with Lonely Days and 'Broken Heart in the US during that time. The book suggested that their home country had been turned off by the messy breakup in 69' and perhaps were in no hurry to welcome them back after they got back. With good reason, Robin, as well as Barry, acted like a couple of fools back then.
