Don't forget that Barry's withdrawal from musical activities began a year before Maurice died. While he's got to be hard hit by the loss of his brother and working partner, that's not the only thing going on. Because he was so driven and lived in the studio for so much of his life, this is a very significant change. I cannot say I know the reason, but it bears watching. But I'd write off the rest of this year. If he wants to sit home and watch videos, why not. I had not read these reviews before. I agree with the first review: the last two songs (Miracles Happen and Smoke And Mirrors) are not my favourites either. The other 10 are great though! And thank you Mary for welcoming me. I'll keep looking for that Timothy White review (from what I've heard it's very positive). If I find it, I will post it of course. I am Turkish and live in Istanbul. We all share the same love for the brothers. However, I can sense that there is some bias against Turks. I suggest all of you to come Have a nice holiday! p.s. let me remind you all that Arif Mardin is also Turkish! If anyone of you want to learn more about Turks and Turkey, I will be more than pleased to help you. By the way, my name is Mutlu, I am female and 27 years old, work in the technology sector. My father is a fan of the brothers and I grew up with their music!
