Hi Doug, Morgan is my 6 year old who has loved the Bee Gees since he could talk. At his kindergarten graduation 2 weeks ago - He sang lead on Man In the Middle with the rest of his class doing back up vocals. He has lots of favorites and he likes some songs that I don't really care for. Genine PS His new thing is pretending he in doing the guitar on Wilderness. >Date: Fri, 4 Jul 2003 21:07:48 -0500 >From: "Douglas E Wilson" >Subject: RE: Out of the Loop > >genine, sans "Shift" key, notes: > > > why black? > > i love the hat on the living eyes album!! > > genine > > > > morgan, though, prefers, high civilization > >Okie dokie, I've obviously missed something along the way since there have >been numerous references . . . so I'm sure someone will clue me in: >(1) Who is Morgan? >(2) Is there some reason we're supposed to be interested in what he/she >thinks? > >Doug >curious, as always > >------------------------------ > _________________________________________________________________ Tired of spam? Long story, but he is a major Bee Gee fan and is a cutie!! Smart for his age, too. That man was the master of "love" - what a deep, soulful voice and wonderful delivery!! Definitely a helluva band going on up above. I stumbled upon something today during my internet surfing which brought a big smile to my face, and I thought I'd share it. While perusing the "Stars On Ice" website bulletin board, I came across a topic called "Opening Number Idea." A young lady mentioned that while driving home from church and listening to an oldies station on the radio, she heard a song that would be GREAT for the next 2003/2004 Stars On Ice figure skating tour. It was "Stayin' Alive," and she "thought" it was by a group called the Bee Gees. Anyway, the thread is actually pretty long now, and I'm happy to say that everyone who has posted is in agreement that it would make a great opening group number. One person actually thinks all of the men skaters should dress up like John Travolta - others think the whole disco thing would be great, and another who likes the idea thinks "Grease" would be even better. Anyway, I got a nice chuckle out of the thread. If anyone would like to follow the ongoing discussion, here's a link... Stars on Ice "Opening Number Idea" Enjoy! Kathy <--who hopes Sandra Bezic (the show's producer) is listening 'cuz I kind of like the idea myself ------------------------------ Date: Sat, 5 Jul 2003 00:49:09 -0700 From: "FULL SPECTRUM RECORDS" Subject: Bee Gees name to continue? I've got a photo of him, he's a very sweet-looking boy. As for question two - I'm interested in what he thinks, but it's up to you whether you want to know what he thinks or not. I'm impressed that Morgan knows good music at his young age - all down to the mother! Well done, Genine! Oh, and Doug, just thought I'd say that I've always enjoyed your posts.
