Hi, Kids! Excuse me while I rise from my semi-conscious lurking slumber to alert you to some problems. This morning, postmaster@brothersgibb.com warned me that some email that a brothersgibb.com email user recieved from "david@garcia.net" contained a klez worm. The email also had a header with "@relay8.jaring.my" that seems to suggest it is originating from Malaysia. It also has a time stamp of +8 hours UTC, as opposed to the more American 4-8 hours minus UTC. I know this didn't come from me. The subject heading was regarding "fan clubs and associations," a topic of remarkably little interest to me, even from a comedic perspective. If you receive any email from david@garcia.net, please leave it unread, and delete it -- it's not from me, and contains a klez worm from someone who is also not me. The only Gibb fan I've written to lately from "david@garcia.net" was to a fellow New Yorker, and that was a discussion of the movement to rebuild the twin towers. I have not recently written to any list subscribers with "david@garcia.net", certainly not from Malaysia, and not with any Microsoft operating systems or software. (Klez is a windows virus -- I use an iMac with web-based email...) So, if you get any "david@garcia.net" email, please delete it unread. I won't be offended. Ok, fine, Gibb content: The other day MAD TV had some thing with Randy Newman (not really Randy Newman) doing a duet with Barry Gibb (really not really Barry Gibb). One of those things that was done well in a MAD TV way, and could be looked upon as hilarious -- unless, of course, you're a huge Barry Gibb fan. Or, unless you were Barry Gibb.
