(#2002-2849) - Topics This Issue: 1) Modest Chris & Enigmatic Odessa ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Date: Mon, 22 Jul 2002 22:17:08 -0300 From: "Meta D" Subject: Re: Modest Chris & Enigmatic Odessa Really Joe? I did not know this, but now the similarities are even more evident to me. I have a great deal of respect for Buckmaster's talent - IMHO his contribution to Elton's latest is critical. How did he get involved with the Bee Gees? For me, orchestration has always been an important element of the Bee Gees music - and undoubtedly why I go back to the sixties stuff so much. Just did a search on him - have always loved the orchestration on the "Sticky Fingers" and "Nilsson Schmilsson" - now I know why! Thanks.
