The material that The Marbles covered is particularly strong - shame that they didn't pad it out with even more Gibb originals!! And yes, Bonnet can really sing!! He's still very active, he sang on the new Impelliteri album "System X" last year (on SPV - same label as Robin's "Magnet" album) and he brought out the magnificent "The Day I Went Mad" a couple of years ago. Those of you you who are in the area should check him out at his show on Friday 23rd January at Paladinos Club in Tarzana, CA http://www.paladinosclub.com/ - he performs "Only One Woman" at most gigs still! I got reminded of a tradition I used to have on Good Friday. Not to throw away the ideas of the Balloon/candle, I thought It was a good one too. And Now that I think of it, I haven't done it this century yet. I am thinking on flying a kite (and putting a message on it). And I'll be making it, cos you can't find any in the Azores (I haven't seen any since I landed here on 79).
