I was trying to keep my fingers off of the keys as I tend to get the tough end of the stick for some of my replies at times. Why can't we just all do as Bernie suggested to Janice...........encircle Maurice with positive thoughts of recovery. A little bit of E.S.P from us all would not go astray right now. I am sure if he could sit up and read some of the comments from both media and fans, he would be splitting his sides laughing or on the other hand, be very annoyed like he was on the doco of Keppel Road when he spoke of the reporters after Andy's death. I know alot of you feel the same way. It's nice to have somewhere to go to be with other people who understand! My thoughts and prayers are with Mo and the family. Denise >>I did too Denise. It is so sad. I just keep praying and like many of you, I did not sleep well last night. I just can't imagine something like this happening to one of the brothers. Of course, my husband thinks I'm wacko for being 'this' upset and concerned. Let's keep our chins up and be optimistic. I know that is what Mo would want. But now I am reading the new reports and getting concerned again. The best thing ( and I use that term lightly ) to come from Andy's death is that it finally convinced Maurice to stop drinking ... if Mo pulls through this, maybe it will convince him to stop smoking. I'm just thinking out loud there. To my favorite musical man from Manchester, Maurice, to the man who has taught me more about life in the past few years than my family has in 28 years, please hold on ... there are thousands of people out there who are rooting for you. Earlier today I had in mind the perfect line from a Bee Gee song that would be encouraging, would be something Maurice would want us to be doing at a time like this but it has slipped my mind. I left a message on a message board last night around 1130 ... at the time, only 10 people had done so and there were only two pages of messages. Now, its up to more than 50 pages and dozens of messages. It's at www.beegeesfanclub.org ... the link is on their main page, so I don't think you need to be a member to sign in. After all, this should be a time for unity among fans, not bickering. Again, just thinking out loud.
