I've been trying to remember who told me about it.  Jostein Hansen
maybe.  They shortened "You Should Be Dancing", dropped a few songs,
and added studio recordings of others.  Why???  "Can't Keep a Good
Man Down" and "Boogie Child" were too sexy?
