Speculation, of course - there may have been other reasons. I remember the concert. I "think" it was shown on TV on a Friday night? Either way, it was shown on TV the very day I was to get my "report card" in school. I knew my report card was not going to be that good, and I knew that once my Mother saw my report card, I would not be able to see the concert, actually I would not be able to see any more TV at all. On the day of the concert, after school I saw my Mother and she asked to see my report card. My dilemma... what to do what to doooo.. Tell the truth, and lose the concert or..... "We did not get it today, we'll probably get it on Monday"... I said.... And I did get to see the concert on TV. Actually, it wasn't until years later after reading a few comments on the list, that I found out that the Bee Gees lip-synched. I should probably now confess to my Mother... .....----===*Chris... http://www.brothersgibb.com Bee Gees News and Information ------------------------------ Date: Wed, 14 Jun 2006 13:20:21 +0100 From: settyr@aciworldwide.com Subject: Popping Crystal --0__=0FBBFB1EDFD025D08f9e8a93df938690918c0FBBFB1EDFD025D0 Content-type: text/plain; charset=US-ASCII Here's an article from the BBC.
