The overdone reliance on electronics resulting in the album being largely devoid of the emotion always found on a Bee Gees album. The surprising choice to feature only 2 ballads, too many dance tracks, the tracks were unnecessarily long in general and by extension the entire album was overproduced. There is a lack of balance in the vocals, mainly due to Robin's virtual disappearance after the third track. The decision to end with three very similar dance tracks consisting of Barry solo vocals, which result in the last songs running into each other (I have found it almost impossible to finish listening to it). Overall, a far too contrived effort on their part to stay "current" as the entered the new decade of the 90's. This time it didn't really work because they moved too far away from their strengths. So, this is what I mean by questionable decisions.
