There are some days when I still can't believe it. I was down in the dumps for a week after Maurice died and just stayed in my room doing nothing, just watching all the news shows - and I hardly ever watch the news - for anything about him (they put him on last!) I didn't feel like doing anything, but after about a week, I started doing stuff again and venturing out of my bedroom. I sometimes think I seemed to break out of the gloom a bit too quickly and sometimes think it should have taken ages for me to bear to listen to Bee Gees songs again. Is this just the way I am? Here , in Buenos Aires ,most of people of our age....and less..!! remember who Andy was. I've made de experience..to ask -Do you remember who was Andy Gibb? and --happylly the 70% of the times... people answer with a " Oh yes.".--with a big smile. and someones add :" Oh those were the days!!...:)) Many of us remember when he came to Bs.Aires in July 1984 after having been in Viņa del Mar -Chile- where he got the price "Revelation of the year"by end of February. That winter..his presentation at the Gran Rex Theatre was wonderfull. He leave here a huge good impression. He was on tv too. --And conquered all the hearts here. And he must have been very good indeed because people has forget many others young artists of the same era... but still remainds Andy and his light in our music culture. There were almost 7 years of glory , supported by 2 specials auditions in the White House proved Andy was really special with a particular "angel". There is a very interesting part of the video the Biography..when Mo was getting off from a big barn --or cowshed-- taking Andy's hand,---both being childs-- Previouslly had gettin off Barry and Robin, just playing. Well I think Mo took again the hand of Andy , as in the picture. By the way they must be very happy to see we are talking about them.
